How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Germany and most of Europe takes 7–14 business days.

Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Just reach out to info@auraecollection.store and we'll sort it out.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do your sunglasses offer UV protection?
Yes — every pair in the Aurae Collection offers UV protection. We never compromise on that.
